The Innove Foundation and the Association of Estonian Career Counselors organized national career counseling conference "A Bold Jump into the Unknown?"
It was held on January 8-9, 2020 in Tallinn (Estonia).
It was attended by many experts and its aim was to share experiences in Estonia and abroad.
And together look for answers to the central question - how to support a young person in lifelong learning and preparation for entering the labor market?
Lecturers and Teen Mentors of Life Sciences Pavol Markovič and Barbara Baisová guided the participants through a sample workshop of our educational program, where the participants of the conference had the opportunity to understand the functioning of informal methods in the upbringing and education of the youth of the current generation.
